Obi-Wan is trying to adapt after the war to peacetime, his former Padawan/brother admitting to being married, and his former grand Padawan hating him for supposedly not standing up for his family. Obi-Wan is tired and needs rest. When the order attempts to help by sending him on a retreat to Jedha, conflict arises from his lineage’s expectations.
